Registered Dietician

National Certified Counselor

We all get stuck sometimes, following a “familiar path” that can leave us feeling unsatisfied. Therapy is a supportive, judgment-free space to become unstuck. We can explore the life you want and how to get there. If your current path has gotten in the way of living the life you want, I can help.

I specialize in supporting teens (age 16+) and adults dealing with eating disorders, disordered eating, and food and body image issues. I also work with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationship issues. My therapeutic style incorporates a relational-feminist perspective, offering a collaborative approach to support and empower clients in reaching their goals. Together, we will address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that interfere with the quality of your life. I believe full recovery is possible. Therapy is individualized and may include elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT, and CBT, along with IFS (Internal Family Systems) and other evidence-based treatments.

In addition to being a therapist, I am also a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic digestive issues. My inclusive, weight-neutral approach incorporates Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles. I offer a collaborative approach using Motivational Interviewing to empower and support your nutrition goals. In addition to therapy, I provide services such as meal support, food exposure, and coached meals.

My clinical experience and dual licensure as a Dietitian and Therapist give me a unique perspective and skillset in my specialty areas. I completed a BS in Dietetics and a dietetic internship at Life University, and an MS in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at Georgia State University. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. At Georgia State, I cofounded a student organization called Body Talk to discuss diet culture and its impact on our food and body beliefs. I have experience in various settings, including community programs, universities, and private practice. I am currently under the supervision and direction of Dr. Christi Bartolomucci, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS, and Lauren Greenway, LPC, CPCS, CEDS-S.

I would be honored to support your journey toward the life you want. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to working with you!
