Hello! I’m honored you’re here. People seek therapy for many reasons- sometimes it’s the buildup of everyday stress, and other times it’s the weight of major life experiences. Whatever brings you in, I offer a safe, grounded, and supportive space where we can explore what may be getting in the way of your fullest, most authentic self.

I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education from Fisk University and an MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University. I’m a Nashville native (Go Titans!) and have called Georgia home for many years (Yay Falcons!). Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, music, games, and spending time with loved ones.

My background as a school counselor shaped my commitment to creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel seen and supported. I take a holistic, integrative approach, drawing from CBT, Adlerian, DBT/mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Existential therapies. I primarily work with adolescents and adults, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, relationship challenges, infertility, life transitions, perfectionism, and communication concerns.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients build self-esteem, strengthen communication (particularly in couples), manage anxiety, process grief and fertility challenges, and navigate life transitions. I also offer Prepare/Enrich, couples therapy, and Christian counseling for those seeking a faith-based approach.

My style is warm, encouraging, and tailored to each client. I blend insight with practical tools to help you shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional awareness, and move toward greater purpose, connection, and healing. In our work together, you can expect authenticity, curiosity, and a space where you feel accepted while also supported in your growth.

I believe you are not defined by your struggles. Even in broken places, there is still worth—because broken crayons still color.

I’m continually inspired by resources that deepen emotional insight and connection. Some of my favorites include the podcast Mindful with Minaa, books like Set Boundaries, Find Peace and Atlas of the Heart, and authors such as Brené Brown and Nedra Glover Tawwab.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling life.

In our sameness we connect, in our differences we learn.
