Most of our providers are out-of-network for insurance. We can provide you with the appropriate documentation, called superbills, to submit towards your out-of-network benefits. Once your deductible or out-of-network benefits are met, your insurance company may reimburse you at their contracted rate. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by the terms of your individual insurance plan. It is helpful to understand your out-of-network benefits prior to your first appointment
Our front office, or your provider, will be happy to help you with this process if you have any questions!

For clients under the age of 18, the parent(s) or guardian(s) are responsible for completing all necessary paperwork through our secure client portal, TherapyPortal, prior to beginning therapy. This ensures that the therapist has all essential background information and can provide the most effective and personalized care for your child.
The first session is scheduled with the parent(s) or guardian(s) to review the completed forms, discuss your child’s needs, and outline goals and expectations for therapy. This initial meeting also provides an opportunity to ask any questions about the process and to collaborate with the therapist on the best approach for your child’s care.
Your child will begin meeting with the therapist starting with the second session, allowing the therapist to focus on building rapport and providing support directly to your child while maintaining continuity with the information shared by the parent(s) or guardian(s).
