Behavior Therapy

Building Skills for Positive Change

Behavior therapy helps individuals of all ages understand patterns of behavior that may be creating challenges and develop practical skills to support healthier, more effective ways of coping. By focusing on strengths, building new skills, and creating meaningful behavior change, therapy can help individuals improve their emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning.

We support clients experiencing concerns such as emotional dysregulation, anxiety, impulsivity, attention difficulties, behavioral challenges, and social or relationship concerns. Using evidence-based approaches, including behavioral interventions and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, we help individuals increase self-awareness, strengthen coping abilities, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier responses to life's challenges.

Behavioral Parent Therapy is an important component of this work and can be especially helpful for families navigating ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, emotional regulation challenges, oppositional behavior, and other developmental, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns. Through coaching, education, and skill-building, parents gain practical tools, deeper understanding, and greater confidence in supporting their child's growth while strengthening the parent-child relationship.

Our goal is to empower children, adolescents, adults, and families with the skills, insight, and support needed to navigate challenges, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting success.
