Licensed Associate Professional Counselor | National Certified Counselor
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and taking this next step toward therapy. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for your child, you should know that you don’t have to walk through this season alone. It would be an honor to sit with you in this chapter of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
As a therapist, my first priority is creating a safe, trusting environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that when we understand the experiences that shaped us, we gain clarity about our present and open the door to meaningful change. It’s a privilege to be with clients as they heal, grow, and begin to feel better — and I don’t take that lightly.
I provide individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, relationship struggles, mood concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, social skills difficulties, and coping skills. My approach is always tailored to the unique needs of each person. For younger clients, I incorporate art, play, and creativity to help them express emotions and work through difficult thoughts in ways that feel natural and accessible. For teens and adults, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore complex emotions, process life events, and build insight.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and practice under the supervision of Christi Bartolomucci, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS, and Erin Holcomb, LPC, CPCS, NCC. I also offer counseling from a faith-based (Christian) lens for clients who desire that integration.
I tend to work most often with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, family-of-origin patterns, or relationship concerns. I also enjoy supporting clients working through OCD and those exploring identity, roles, and the impact of their early experiences.
My therapeutic style is person-centered, calm, and gentle, anchored in the belief that the positive relationship we build is one of the most healing parts of therapy. I like to use humor and laughter to help clients feel comfortable and to remind them they don’t need to “perform” in therapy. I hope therapy feels warm, safe, and grounded, and I invite you to guide how we use our time together. When helpful, I gently point out patterns or offer accountability in ways that feel supportive rather than confrontational.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help. Together, we can work toward a brighter, more grounded, and more fulfilling future.
