Hi, and welcome. I know that finding a therapist can feel overwhelming and even a little intimidating, so I’m grateful you’re taking the time to get to know me.

Being human is hard. Life brings losses, transitions, and unexpected challenges that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the world around you. Busy schedules and constant demands can make it difficult to slow down long enough to process what you’ve been carrying. You may notice yourself masking, suppressing, or pushing through, only to realize that your emotional and mental health has taken a toll. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

In our work together, you’ll have space to explore your emotions honestly and safely. I see my role as a lantern: someone who helps illuminate the parts of you that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or hidden away, so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and whole. Sitting with me feels real and human. You have permission to show up exactly as you are. There is compassion for wherever you find yourself, and gentle encouragement to look inward with honesty and curiosity. I walk alongside you as you untangle the parts of yourself that feel knotted up.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, boundaries, interpersonal and family dynamics, life transitions, and ADHD. I work with clients who are motivated to look inward and understand themselves more deeply. My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, weaving together psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, strengths-based work, and person-centered therapy. I’m both compassionate and direct - offering warmth, validation, and also the insights and psychoeducation that help you make sense of your experiences and shift how you see yourself.

I believe deeply in every person’s capacity for growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, understand your patterns, and build the emotional tools you need to move toward the life you want. I offer individual therapy for ages 6 and up, both in person and virtually, with flexible daytime and evening availability.

I help clients by offering a blend of compassion, honesty, and encouragement. I believe in your ability to grow, heal, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost or dimmed. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and create space for the light to enter — even in the places that feel most tender.

Outside of the therapy room, I love traveling, baking, hosting themed parties, and watching Real Housewives. I’m inspired by podcasts like Calling Home, The Happiness Lab, and Dear Therapists, and by books such as Maybe You Should Talk to Someone, It’s OK That You’re Not OK, Homecoming: Reclaiming and Championing Your Inner Child and Living Wabi Sabi. Lori Gottlieb is one of my favorite authors and influences.

If you feel drawn to this work or curious about what therapy with me might be like, I’d love to connect. You deserve a space where you can be fully yourself, and I would be honored to walk with you on your path toward healing and self-understanding.

Don’t turn away. Keep your gaze on the bandaged place. That’s where the light enters you.
