At times, we can all feel stuck- following familiar patterns that no longer serve us or leave us feeling fulfilled. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these challenges and reconnect with the life you want to live. If your current path feels misaligned, I am here to help you navigate a way forward.

I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 13+) and adults experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and concerns related to food and body image. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and interpersonal or identity-related concerns. I offer individual counseling, nutrition counseling, family therapy, and support for individuals participating in couples counseling, with both in-person and virtual options available. I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to feel better, grow, and move toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in person-centered and psychodynamic perspectives. I strive to create a warm, curious, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, take risks, and grow. Together, we work to better understand and address the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting quality of life. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and interpersonal frameworks, along with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe that full recovery is possible.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and digestive concerns. I take an inclusive, weight-neutral approach informed by Health at Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles, and I incorporate Motivational Interviewing to support clients in building a more trusting and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. I also offer specialized services such as meal support, food exposure, and coached meals as part of a comprehensive treatment approach. Additionally, I am a Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor, which allows me to support individuals navigating chronic pain, disability, and related challenges.

Clients often describe sessions with me as safe, inviting, and collaborative—spaces where they feel supported in doing meaningful, sometimes difficult work while learning what works best for them. My goal is to help clients feel more at ease, empowered, and aligned with the life they want to live.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my three dogs—Harley, Scout, and Dixie—and making (and enjoying) a great cup of coffee. I also love listening to podcasts such as Calling Home, Nuance Needed, We Can Do Hard Things, Mental Note, and Making Therapy Better. Some of my favorite books include ACT Made Simple by Russ Harris, Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elise Resch, The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Tawwab, and Maybe You Should Talk to Someone by Lori Gottlieb. One of my favorite ways to unwind is enjoying a sushi date night with my husband.

I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling life. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to working with you!
